Springboard (Extended Care) Information - Join us on August 4th!

We are pleased to inform you that we have secured a Before and After School Care Program for the upcoming school year to serve NES, Balmer, and Northbridge Middle School. Springboard Education, LLC will be managing our extended day opportunities, including extended offerings (“wrap-around care”) for our preschool program.

2016-2017 School Bus Transportation Registration

ALL students eligible for transportation who plan to ride the bus in 2016-2017 must register for school bus transportation. Please complete this registration form to sign up for school bus transportation for the 2016-2017 school year.  A separate registration form must be submitted for each student. 
 
If a student is not eligible for school bus transportation, but is interested in purchasing an "open seat" on the bus for 2016-2017, please do not complete this form, but complete the "Open Seat" registration form.

Under the School Committee's transportation policy, students in Kindergarten through Grade 4 are eligible for school bus transportation if they live more than one (1) mile from the school they attend and students in Grade 5 through Grade 12 are eligible for school bus transportation if they live more than two (2) miles from the school they attend.  
 
If your child is not eligible for transportation based on your home address mileage or your daycare address mileage, but you are interested in getting on the waiting list to obtain a bus pass for your child, please complete this registration form.
